Days 2 and 3 Bruceton Mills WV to Georgetown KY
Hi Everyone,
Boy it has been really hard to get internet access to update this blog so I guess I will say you will all have to be patient to find out where we are hiding. Day 2 was not very exciting. We had another long day of driving (not as bad as Day 1) but still no fun stops were to be had.
What we did do was to make it to KENTUCKY! As a little kid, for some reason I have always wanted to go to Kentucky and now I have been there! I am happy to say that outside of Lexington is exactly how I pictured it except I thought the fences would be white, they were brown instead! Lots of horses!
We decided it was safe to stay in the tent so we went to the Kentucky Horse Park Campground and reserved a site for two nights.

This is our home away from home. Jeff really enjoyed it, but boy was it hot. 90 degrees all day and the pool is not open yet! We did not have a campfire, but did play cards in the tent before bed.
On Monday, we drove into Lexington to see what it was like. Very much a college town, some cool fountains and Dairy Queen for Lunch! Thats our kind of lunch,
We spent the afternoon taking a tour of the Toyota Factory. The largest one in the USA, it was VERY cool. Mostly they make Camrys, Lexus and Avalons. The place was enormous, tour was over 1.5 hours and was done via a tram. We got to see the whole process from the sheet metal to the driving the car out of the factory! They would not let us take pictures so here is our Toyota Highlander that we love and it doubles as a towel dryer!
I close out this blog with a picture of police horses that came through just a few minutes ago looking for some lost dogs. The horses were beautiful.
So there you have it. Don't be surprised if it takes a while for us to catch you up to us, we are at the mercy of good internet. I will tell you that tomorrow we will be in St. Louis and we are staying at a hotel because it is suppose to rain there on Wednesday. Hopefully I will chat with you then. Thanks for following us, we love you.
